The denim is lightweight and pre-softened, so it has the look without any of the usual stiffness. The top half hangs loose from the shoulders, then gathers at a dropped waist into a wide, full skirt with plenty of swing. Dark stitching runs down the centre front and along the seams, adding handmade-style detail to the plain fabric. Side pockets sit in the skirt seam, hidden but easy to reach.
